Samantha Maycock achieved an ATAR of 94.75, which means her results were better than around 95% of those students who applied for university entrance. She was awarded a Certificate of Excellence for getting all A grades in Year 12. In addition, she received an award from SIDE (Distance Education) for gaining the top mark in Health 3AB (the third of our students to do this) and she also received an award from SCSA for getting one of the top marks in the state in Health 3AB in the final exams.
Sam chose to apply for Pharmacy at Curtin University and has been accepted to study in that course. As a further consequence of her excellent results, she has also been awarded a full scholarship by Curtin University. The scholarship is worth in the vicinity of $20,000 over the course of her studies.
